Indian compliance buyers have wildly different scope. A 30-employee SaaS with one cloud account and one framework is a 5–6× different engagement from a 200-employee BFSI vendor with three cloud accounts, four frameworks, and SEBI overlay. Publishing a single number would be either useless (too generic) or misleading (anchored to one profile). We scope every engagement, fix the price in writing, and lock the rate at signup. Vanta and Sprinto's published rates apply only to their narrow ICP; we wanted to avoid that mismatch.
Your tier price is fixed in INR for 12 months from signup. At renewal, we publish the new rate at least 60 days before the renewal date with full transparency on the change drivers (added integrations, added frameworks, headcount growth). You have the option to renew at the new rate or step down a tier.
You don't pay the upgrade until renewal. If you exceed the tier limits during your 12-month lock, we let you operate above the limits without an upcharge. We expect you'll naturally upgrade at renewal.

Annual billing for Starter and Growth tiers, with a quarterly billing option at Enterprise tier on request. We don't run monthly billing because the operational overhead doesn't justify the small number of buyers who request it.
You get 90 days post-cancellation to export everything. We provide standard formats (JSON, CSV, PDF reports) for migration. Your evidence is your evidence; we don't lock it in proprietary formats.
Yes. The three tiers are anchors, not strict gates. If your environment fits between Growth and Enterprise (e.g., you need RBI Master Directions but only 80 employees), we'll scope a custom tier with appropriate pricing. Talk to sales.
